Phase: Execute

This is the third phase of the project life cycle where all the plans are executed, monitored and controlled. Project Schedule in the diagram below impacts Financial Plan and at the same time is affected by it. Managing these two tasks in turn impact the other tasks in the yellow framed box below and are also affected by these tasks which are managed simultaneously.
