Phase: Plan
This is the second phase of the project life cycle. This is where the project success plan and the financial plan are updated and refined and the project team is formed, oriented and methodology trained and the kick-off meeting with the stakeholders takes place.

Purpose
  • Obtain approved Project Success Plan (Section 2).
  • Obtain updated Financial Management Plan.
  • Make sure Project Team is fully engaged in the project.
  • Obtain approved Design.
  • Obtain confirmation to commence Configuration/Build and Deployment.
