Delivery Process: Project Management

In the Project Management phase, you manage the work of the Operation phases (Analyze through Deploy).

The phases of the project management stream of IBM Analytics Solutions Unified Method (ASUM) align to that of the Project Management Institute (PMI) but for PMI's Monitor and Control phase (Process). However, for simplicity purposes the activities of the latter are covered under the Execute Phase of this implementation roadmap.

So for instance, Scope Control, Schedule Control, Performance Reporting, Managing Resources, Managing Quality etc... are part of this implememtation roadmap's Execute phase while in PMI, these are spread among both the Executing and Monitoring (Phases) processes.
