Additional Scope - Identify any additional scope that would benefit the customer, this may come from ‘out of scope’ agreements at the commencement of this project phase or through Change Requests or through opportunity identification by IBM or the customer.
Recommendations - Detail all recommendations, consultancy, training, support, customer actions, etc...
