Task: Create Roll-out Plan

Determine and describe how the solution is going to be rolled out to all users.

Purpose

The purpose of the deployment plan is to detail the when and how for the application/applications to get rolled out to the different users and sites, as well as the tasks necessary to prepare for the roll-out, so that stakeholders understand the deployment activities, including their roles and responsibilities.
