Ensure proper communication

Purpose

Ensure that end-users are gaining maximum benefits from the system and are adequately equipped to use the system properly by providing consistent and valuable two-way communication.
Maintain communications with business owners of the system, working links with vendors, and excellent communications between all the parties responsible for delivering the Operations & Support functions for the SPSS system.
