· Responsible
for the overall project planning and coordination
· Own the
project deliverables and is responsible for day-to-day project management
· Anticipate
project deviations proactively and be responsible for taking immediate corrective actions
· Provide
administrative, functional direction and support to the project team.
· Set project
standards and milestones and monitor work against those standards to ensure completion on-time
· Monitor
project costs vs. budget and take corrective actions to ensure project completion within budget

issues and communicate key team decisions and reasoning in a timely fashion

project team members' concerns and work with problem resources
