·                     Minimize the adverse impact of Incidents and Problems on the business.



·                     Record all workarounds and ‘quick fixes’ as Known Errors where appropriate, and raises Change Requests to implement permanent structural solutions wherever possible.



·                     Create defect reports or enhancement requests as appropriate.
