Manage the implementation of all software releases into the Production environment

Purpose

· Manage the implementation of all software releases into the Production environment to ensure the process creates minimal disruption to service levels and to ensure the integrity of the system post-upgrade.

· Regression tests that can be rerun when a change has been applied are crucial to the continuity of service.

Release Building & testing.

Release Preparation

· Assemble Resources

· Train Support and Administrative Staff
