Task: Optimize System

Optimize the Solution(s) to ensure that performance continues to meet requirements and expectations

Purpose

· Monitor performance of the solution to maintain and enhance the service response.

· Monitor usage to understand growth trends and system performance.

· Manage capacity to ensure optimum response times continue to be delivered.

· Generate Enhancement Requests, where relevant, to be effected by the Enhancement Management function.
