Task: Review System Performance

Evaluate the performance of both the IBM SPSS solution and the current support processes

Purpose

System Performance Reviews should be carried out periodically. The purpose of this Review is to evaluate the performance of both the SPSS system and the current support processes, in order to ensure that the system continues to provide agreed services to the expected levels of quality throughout the system lifecycle.
