Task: Approve Transition At Execute

Make go/No go decision regarding moving to the next phase of the Operations stream of the project

Purpose

Decide whether the Configure and Deployment are completed and, if so, commence the Project Closing tasks

Steps

Review all information about the current phase: deliverables, progress, resource use, issues, risks, etc

Review any changes in context that affect the project's chances for success

Decide whether to go forward or not and attach conditions, if needed.

Communicate the decision and adjust plans as needed
