  • To ensure that the customer is ready to begin this project.
  • To plan and document all actions that are recommended to the customer to address issues raised out of the project initiation assessment.

Organize a phone call or meeting with the customer to complete the project initiation assessment using the Project Initiation Checklist document
  • This checklist should be filled out as completely as possible at this stage. Many of the sections will not be addressed until later in the project.
Review any issues with the customer that comes out of this assessment.
Document any agreed actions to address issues
