Task: Create Exception Statement

Create and include updates to the components of the original project success plan

Purpose

Complete the Exception Statement section in the Project Success Plan Section 2, documenting any changes since consent was obtained for the Project Success Plan Section 1.
Complete and document a current Risk Assessment

Steps

Document all updates or exceptions to the agreed components of the original Project Success Plan (Section 1) completed and signed off at the end of the Initiate/Analyze phase

Include an update to the Current Risk Assessment completed in the original Project Success Plan
