  • Complete the Forward Assessment section in the Go Forward Plan:
  • Opportunities - Identify any opportunities for the project deliverables, additional tool use, better working practices, etc.
  • Additional Scope - Identify any additional scope that would benefit the customer, this may come from ‘out of scope’ agreements at the commencement of this project phase or through Change Requests or through opportunity identification by Cognos or the customer.
  • Recommendations - Detail all recommendations, consultancy, training, support, customer actions, etc... Include here a number of project management man days and Application /Technical consultancy man days to assist the customer through the Operate period. Suggest perhaps 'x' number of days over three months period to cover this.
