Steps

Complete the Project Management section of the Project Success Plan section 1

Create Risk Management Plan - use the predefined Risk Management Plan

Create Communication Management Plan - use the predefined Communication Plan.

Update Communication Plan with customer information

Create Change Management Plan - use the predefined Change Management Plan.

Create Issue Management Plan - use the predefined Issue Management Plan

Create Acceptance Management Plan - use the predefined Acceptance Management Plan.

Create Quality Management Plan - use the predefined Quality Management Plan

Create Project Documentation/Configuration Plan - use the predefined Project Documentation/Configuration Plan

Update any or all of the above is the customer wishes to use an alternative methodology or components of the project management plan
