Steps
Create training strategy
-
Identify the planned training strategy – train the
trained, on-site, e-learning, blended etc. A training plan will be developed later on.

Create support strategy
-
Identify the planned support strategy – IBM
support selected, Competency Center development, etc.

Create resource strategy
-
Identify the engagement model – collaborative,
seconded or fully managed. Seconded is not applicable to an Enterprise Project.

Create documentation strategy
-
Identify the documentation expectations and
development strategy – this should be a statement of the documentation is to be produced, at what stages and to
what standard.

Create system sustainment strategy
-
Identify the engagement model for the "Operate
Phase". Would IBM/Partner Services be required to assist during this phase?

Agree project approach
-
Idenrtify the project methodology that will be
used, by default it will be IBM BASIM unless the customer wishes to use an alternative.
