Task: Manage Acceptance

Purpose

Ensure that acceptance testing is completed in a timely manner and against an agreed plan for testing and acceptance.

Ensure that the Acceptance Plan is in place and is ready for acceptance testing.

Schedule acceptance testing.

Oversee the documentation of acceptance testing results.

Plan and manage any additional work resulting from acceptance testing.
