Monitor and manage all change requests using the approved Change Management Plan in the Project Success Plan Sections 1 and 2.
Ensure that every change is formally:
  • Communicated
  • Documented
  • Reviewed
  • Approved or Rejected or Deferred
  • Implemented if Approved
Maintain the Change Register
Communicate changes on a regular basis according to the Communication Plan
