This could include constructive feedback communicated positively, re-calrification of roles and responsibilities, training plans, issues discussions, new goals...
Conflict in the project needs to be dealt with as it has a great impact on improving team behaviour

When dealing with conflict be aware that it could have a net positive or negative effect on the project and its parent organization depending on how you as a project manager deal with it. There are several ways of dealing with conflict but getting the parties to work together to define the problem, collect information, consider alternatives and then select the most appropriate alternative is the most preferred method of dealing with conflict and is the method of choice recommended by PMI.

Ensure adherence to the communication managment plan detailing how stakeholders' information needs would be satisfied and how the information would be distributed
For each communication piece:
  • Identify message content, audiance, timing, and format
  • Create message for review
  • Review message accuracy and timeliness
  • Communicate message to audience.
Document every issue and ensure compliance with the project issue management plan
