Task: Obtain Consent to Close Project

Obtain formal approval from the customer to close the project

Purpose

Gain formal approval from the customer to 'close' the project and release resources.

Steps

Present two copies of the Go Forward Plan to the customer.

Obtain a physical signature of the Go Forward Plan.

Customer retains one copy.

Cognos Project Manager retains the second copy

Note: All the above ideally will occur at the Review Meeting.
