Task: Review Methodology With Customer

Confirm the methodology that will be used for the purpose of the project implementation

Purpose

To agree with the customer on the methodology that will be used to deliver this project.

If the IBM BASIM is to be used, then to confirm the deployment tool version that will be used .

If an alternative methodology is to be used, then understand how the IBM team will utilize and interface with this methodology.

Educate the customer in the IBM ASUMmethod and use of the Methodology tool.

Confirm with the customer that this methodology and tool will be used in this project.

Confirm the Methodology tool version that will be used

Discuss and agree on an alternative methodology if this is what the customer wishes.
